Masoor Dal Kebabs: A Protein-Rich, Everyday Snack Made the Traditional Way

A comforting snack, made the Purva way- fresh, honest, and easy to recreate at home.

Purva coconut oil stands beside a stovetop as freshly fried lentil patties are lifted from the pan, highlighting traditional home cooking.

Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, these Masoor Dal Kebabs are a wholesome snack made with everyday ingredients and simple spices. Protein-rich masoor dal, fresh herbs, and gentle seasoning come together for a comforting, home-style bite,  perfect for tea time or as a light appetiser.

Made using Purva Naturals Groundnut Oil, these kebabs are shallow-fried the traditional way, keeping them flavourful without being heavy.
